Return Window
- Standard Returns: 15 days from the date of delivery
- Defective Items: 15 days from the date of delivery
- All returns must be in original condition
Return Conditions
Eligible Items
Items must be returned in their original condition:
- Unused and unworn
- Original packaging intact
- All tags and labels attached
- No signs of wear or damage
- Original receipt or order confirmation
- No exceptions to original condition requirement
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Gift cards
- Digital products
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Return
- Log into your account
- Go to "Order History"
- Select the order you wish to return
- Choose the items to return
- Provide reason for return
Step 2: Return Authorization
- We'll review your return request within 24 hours
- You'll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
- Return shipping label will be provided (if applicable)
Step 3: Package and Ship
- Securely package the item(s)
- Include the RAN and return form
- Use the provided shipping label
- Drop off at any authorized shipping location
Step 4: Refund Processing
- Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Shopify
- You'll receive email confirmation when processed
